Yes, you can buy 100 points for $125.

How can I sign up for this program?

This limited-time offer is available to new residents at Revel Vegas, signing twelve-month resident agreements.

If two people live in my home, how do we share the points?

There is a second person fee of $200 monthly. You can select the amount of points that works best for you from the four tiers (and purchase additional points if you desire).
